  • TANMS Review Site Visit Poster Session -  Tuesday, 6/4, 2:15-3:15pm


  • Poster session will take place in CNSI 2nd Floor Presentation Room.


All TANMS post-doctorate, graduate, and undergraduate researchers are required to present a poster at the Annual Site Review Visit. Presenters are responsible for the printing, set-up and tear down of their posters. Please make sure to submit your poster details and file online by May 10 so the Center has sufficient time to organize the display and printing of the program.

Poster Size: 3' x 4' 

file naming format: [thrust/category]_[presenter lastname, firstname] (i.e. "Materials_Buditama, Abraham" or "Education_Bruin, Joe")

  • Postdocs/Graduate Students
    • Presenters are responsible for the printing and set-up of their own posters.
    • Bring poster to CNSI 2nd Floor Presentation Room for set-up before 11:30am on Tuesday, 6/4.
    • Those from out-of-town may ship the poster to the Center for receipt by morning of Monday, 6/3.  Please contact Michelle Servan at mservan@tanms-erc.org if you would like to explore shipping options. 
  • TANMS Education and Outreach
    • Posters will be printed and set-up by Center staff as long as it is received by Wednesday, May 29.  Presenters will be responsible for the printing and set-up of the posters if this deadline is not met. 


  • Posters should be taken down and removed after the poster session on Tuesday, 6/4.
  • Center cannot guarantee the safekeeping of posters if they are not retrieved before 5pm on Tuesday, 6/4.
